Plans & Upgrading
Grow at your own pace — Start with the basics and unlock more features as your business grows. Paid plans start with a free trial — see pricing.
Four plans, one platform
Airflow has four plans — Free, Starter, Growth and Portfolio. They all run the same platform; what changes is how many listings, team seats and automated tasks each one includes, and the commission on bookings you take through Airflow. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
The core pipeline
Forward your booking emails, let Airflow extract the data, and sync draft invoices to your accounting software for you to review. This is the “set it up in five minutes” experience.
Includes:
- Email forwarding and automatic booking extraction
- Booking dashboard and guest records
- Accounting sync (Xero, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Sage)
- Activity log and basic reporting
- A monthly allowance of automated tasks for booking processing
Direct bookings
Accept direct bookings, collect payments, and give guests their own trip portal.
Adds:
- A booking page and embeddable booking widget for every listing
- Direct booking checkout (Stripe, Paystack, manual)
- Guest portal for trip management and payments
- Deposit and balance payment collection
- A full branded website on your own domain with the Website + Hosting add-on
Connected tools
Connect your email, calendars, and tools. Automate guest communications. Sync availability across all channels.
Adds:
- Gmail and Outlook integration
- Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar sync
- iCal feeds for OTA availability
- Automated guest email sequences
- Team collaboration with role-based access
How automated tasks work
Each booking that Airflow processes uses one automated task. Tasks are drawn in this order:
- Your plan’s allowance is used first (included with your monthly subscription)
- Purchased top-ups are used next (if you’ve bought additional packs)
- Overage kicks in if both are exhausted (charged at your plan’s per-task rate)
Things that don’t use automated tasks:
- Viewing bookings, settings, and your activity log
- Updating resource information and settings
- Using the free support chat for help and navigation
Some automated jobs do use tasks — for example, generating a report, automated guest emails, or running one of the AI Flow agents (such as the Account Manager). You’ll always see the cost before it runs.
Automated guest emails use one automated task per send.
Plans and pricing
Prices, included automated tasks, listing limits, and the cost of extra listings and team seats are all on the pricing page. Direct Booking + Payments is included on every plan, with a small commission on direct bookings that falls as your plan grows; bookings that come through the Airflow Stay marketplace carry a marketplace rate. Current rates are on the pricing page.
Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade at any time from the Upgrade page in your portal. When you upgrade:
- Your new plan takes effect immediately
- You’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period
- Your larger allowance of automated tasks and new features unlock instantly
- Your existing bookings and data remain unchanged
A free trial on paid plans
Paid plans start with a free trial (its length is on the pricing page). A card is required at checkout and isn’t charged until the trial ends. During the trial you have full access to all features of your chosen plan — no functionality is restricted. If you decide Airflow isn’t for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
