See How Each Listing Is Doing
The Property tab in Stats shows one listing at a time: income, bookings and nights this month, the full year, the forward pipeline and where the revenue came from.
How it works
Open Stats, choose the Property tab and pick a listing. You see this month's booking income, number of bookings and nights, then the full year: total income, total bookings and average booking value.
The forward pipeline shows confirmed future bookings, projected income for the rest of the year and the occupancy rate for the next 30 days. Income over time is charted by month, with the previous year alongside if you want it. Nightly value shows the average price per night you actually sold, by month, against the rate you have set. Revenue by source shows which channels the listing's bookings came from, and a currency breakdown shows what was sold in each currency.
On the Overview tab, a per-listing breakdown puts all your listings side by side. Cancelled bookings are left out of the figures.
The Property tab shows income from bookings. It is not an expense tracker.
