Every Booking in One Place, Whichever Channel It Came From
Airflow reads the booking confirmations you already get. Forward them to your listing's Airflow address or to the Airflow WhatsApp number, or connect Gmail or Outlook, and each one becomes a booking on your calendar. It reads the messages. It does not connect to the Airbnb or Booking.com systems.
How it works
Every listing has its own Airflow email address. Forward a confirmation from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, an agent or your own website to that address and Airflow reads the guest, dates, price and fees and adds the booking to your calendar. Changes and cancellations you forward update the booking. Only messages from addresses you have verified are processed, so nobody else can add bookings to your account.
If you would rather not forward by hand, connect Gmail or Outlook and Airflow picks up booking emails from your inbox itself. If your bookings reach you on WhatsApp, link your number and forward them to the Airflow WhatsApp number instead.
There is no direct link to Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, and Airflow never asks for your login on those sites. To keep dates in step, each listing has a calendar link you paste into your other channels, and Airflow reads their calendar links every hour. Bookings captured this way carry no Airflow commission. Reading each one uses automated tasks, see pricing.

Key benefits
Why Platform Connections matters
One Calendar for Every Channel
Bookings from every channel sit in one list and one calendar, next to the ones guests make on your own booking page.
Forward It or Connect Your Inbox
Forward a confirmation by email or WhatsApp, or connect Gmail or Outlook and Airflow picks up booking emails itself. It reads the guest, dates, price and fees for you.
No Channel Passwords
Airflow never asks for your Airbnb or Booking.com login. Gmail and Outlook connect through Google's and Microsoft's own sign-in pages.
FAQ
Common questions about Platform Connections
Which booking sources does Airflow support?
Any channel that sends you a booking confirmation by email or WhatsApp: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, agents, your own website and direct enquiries. Forward the message, or connect Gmail or Outlook and Airflow picks it up.
Will using Airflow affect my existing bookings?
No. Airflow only reads the messages you forward or that arrive in your connected inbox. It makes no changes to your accounts on other platforms.
Is there a direct connection to Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. Airflow reads the confirmations those channels send you. It does not connect to their systems. To keep dates in step, each listing has a calendar link you paste into those channels, and Airflow reads their calendar links every hour.

- How do I connect Airbnb to accounting software?Airbnb connects natively to QuickBooks only. For Xero, Sage and FreshBooks, or for more than one channel, you need a bridge: three kinds exist.
- How do I manage Airbnb and direct bookings in one place?Put both in one calendar: Airbnb bookings arrive from their confirmation emails, direct bookings are taken on your own page, and calendar links block the dates each way.
- How do I get direct bookings without leaving Airbnb?Keep your Airbnb listing and add a booking page of your own beside it. Calendar links stop the two selling the same night, and each guest books where they found you.
- How do I accept payments directly from holiday-rental guests?Open a card account in your own name, take a deposit at booking and the balance before arrival, and tie every payment to its booking.
